Since opening Morning Fog Studios in 2014, Heidi Young’s business selling personalized etched glassware grew and evolved to include e-commerce, wholesale, and licensing revenue streams. She came to us in 2021 seeking a visual brand that better reflected her successful, multi-faceted business and connected with her customers.

Keeping in mind inspiration like Crate + Barrel and Orla Kiely, we created a visual brand with a clean, simple, refined aesthetic that still feels a bit playful and approachable. We traded the umbrella from Heidi’s original branding for a charming drink umbrella — a nod to Morning Fog’s roots and much of the glassware sold by the brand — and introduced a flexible Scandinavian-inspired color palette.
